Auto Wah not based on pick attack or input volume?

Anyone know of an auto wah design that isnt "wah'd" based on the input attack? Maybe something that sounds and moves like an actual wah treadle...? Hope this makes sense??

The auto-wahs are all either voltage controlled or current controlled. It's easy enough to rig up a rocker pedal to feed voltage or current to the internal workings to get rocker driven wah. Some real wah pedals delete the "auto" envelope sensing and just run a pot, as I've described.
