I want to build Thor and I'm not sure wich parts to use.I picked polyester film capacitors (2A104K,2A223K,2A120K) and 100mF 16V capacitors, think thats best.Is that ok?I'm new in this...Sorry for my english.

That's ok, just check the capacitors values with google, there are some softwares where you introduce the code of the capacitor (104, 223, 120...) and it tells you the value.

Can I use ceramic capacitors  220pF 50-63V and 470pf 50-63V?What voltage is best,it's confusing to me?

Generally anything above your supply voltage is fine. In other words, if you're running 9 volts, so technically a 10v rated cap would work. It's always better to have a higher rated cap than a lower one. 16v is kind of the norm for electrolytics, 50-63v is average for film caps. Some small value silver mica caps are 500v. As long as you exceed your supply voltage, again, you're fine.
