TS 808 volume drop

i build a TS 808 clone and the tone does'nt work very well.
Steve C. told me to insert BMP tone control but he told me that may give a huge drop in volume .
That's what happen
Somebody have an idea to boost the signal?

First thing you should do - if you still have one of the volume lugs to the Vb (4.5V) - connect that lug to ground.  See if that brings the volume up enough.
