hello guys.i want to ask you something about the ruby amp. I like how it sounds and i would like to use it for a preamp.
i have some 250k pots and i build fender tonestack but it's passive and it didn't work. I also
have some mpf102s at home to boost the sound after the tone stack but i don't know how to do it.

i used http://www.runoffgroove.com/ruby.html
and http://amps.zugster.net/articles/tone-stacks in the 3 knob section

It isn't my first build but i didn't study this so in not into these thing, but a schematic or something would be great.
i just want to add some mods to this amp to be more of a practise combo

Thank you.

Thanks man, i' ll check them.
Personally i don't like the little gem version, but i' ll see her.

Now i have a new question. I want to build a simple practice cube.
All i want is a simple preamp, that has a good clean tones , good tone control or ( tone stack)
and maybe with an overdrive built in to use it as a preamp for one amplifier that will be build.

Can you give me a schematic or something?
