A pm in my direction would be most appreciated as well.  ;D Thank you!

Dear People-with-low-post-counts,

If anyone ever traces the Decimator, they will most likely post their findings in a thread rather than dig out a list of newbies to send PMs to, given that they will have already done quite a bit of work!

Just saying. :)

"The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you." - what's up with that?

A few months ago, I did some digging with the wayback machine and found an explanation that the thread was removed due to too many people having trouble getting their builds to work. Or at least that's what I remember. I could have confabulated it.

Anyway, here's the info I've been using for my build:

That's quite remarkable ... many people are asking for help, so kill the help?  ???

I think the reasoning was that it was an inherently flawed project that few people were having any success with. But that's what I remember, vaguely, so for all I know I dreamt it and it's just a bug in the forum that's keeping us from getting to that thread. Either way, mine worked fine without any need for debugging and a lot of the info that was in the thread has been carried off onto other forums.

I built a Non-G string using that topic, and later added a board to provide G-Sting functionality:

iSP Decimator - G String add-on

Unfortunately, I don't have access to that build right now.

Sorry for the necrobump

I was looking at Harold's g-string add on vero and trying to figure out how to integrate it into the decimator vero up at sabrotone.com

I'm having some trouble looking at the schematic and identifying where things go.

in the schematic here http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-l2NRTEh3J54/T-8ppoN5mNI/AAAAAAAABm0/L-RQt6ykI84/s1600/ispscheme.jpg it says that C3 and C5 are going into U7.1

in haralds diagram here http://www.sabrotone.com/?attachment_id=1380 C3 and C5 go into U5... but the schematic says that they go into U7....

confused.  can anyone straighten this out?

Thanks

Tim
