I would like to convert my DOD FX10 (BI-FET Preamp) to true bypass.  I've converted a couple of Boss pedals and I'm starting to get a feel for how the Boss switching works but the DOD seems to use a CD4007 to do it's switching. I'm kind of at a loss.  When it powers up it's on so does that mean if I just remove the switch it will stay on?  Here's a schematic, any thoughts would be appreciated:

Well, mark your mods, lift the switch circuit and test it. Leave the switch in ?
Consider a looper pedal, it can take all the buffers out you want out with through one switch service.
