Two Channel Mic preamp/mixer

Hi.

I was wandering if there is a mixer for Mic that has the properties:

1) 2 input channel (for Mics).
2)Controlled with two Potentiometer.
3)Active volume control, so it actually can boost the volume a little bit and lover it.
4)It has to be Analog, so that it doesn't change the sound alot.
5)one output

I need to Mic my amp with two microphones, where one Mic should be boosted a bit.

I know I can do all it with a mixer, but, I need only two channels and cheap mixers suck tone for some reason.

Any ideas?
