Anyone got any tips in rehousing an NYC Big Muff. They're HUGE.

The PCB is too big to get into anything much smaller.

Agreed. I would just leave it in the case and use the extra space as a platform for switches/mods. Besides, the bigger the enclosure the bigger the sound, right?
