Sovtek Muff wiring

I happened upon a Russian Muff board and would like to get it working.  I was told it came from an early black version.  After research online i found this http://www.voxblues.com/guitar/muff/project4/index.html.  Though green, this looks just like my board.  I have no case, nor those six pin jack's.  I was hoping to rebuild it with the standard switchcraft jacks, and make it true bypass.  Most of the pots are labeled in the pic but i need help on the rest, as well as  the jacks and grounding.  Any help would be great.  Thanks

You'll need a stereo jack for the input and a mono for the output.
