thanks. Ironmans body isn't showing in the pictures. It looks better than the photo.

That's an interesting way of mounting the transistors.  I use this type of socket:

Try a little tenderness.

I like the straight sockets. I think I will be trying thos for the next build.

The purple haze looks great. Better than anything I've ever built  :icon_lol:

This picture is not much better but at least you can get the idea.

Here's my first build.  I've done some GGG/BYOC kits, but this was my first from scratch.  A Bazz Fuss clone.  Volume knob and a dpdt switch for the input cap - 4.7 uf and .1 uf.

I actually really like this fuzz.  The 4.7 uf cap is really fat, deep, and synth like.  Very much like a muff with the tone rolled back.  The .1 uf was a bit of a surprise.  I thought it would be too bright, but its not harsh or brittle at all.  Its got tons of bite and is much leaner.  I'd expect it to cut through the mix very nicely.  Its a mind-blowingly simple circuit that yields a nice sounding fuzz.

I had a friend offer to buy it also!
