substituting the transistors on the BYOC LEEDS Fuzz

I THINK that the Leeds Fuzz by BYOC is Negative ground, correct?  If it is, then I wonder what might happen if I sub out some or all of the provided transistors and replace them with some 2N5807s I have sitting around. 

Any thoughts?  Worth trying?

If it's a Superfuzz clone, then it should be negative ground.
