I've been tweaking the living daylights out of my ROG multi face fuzz perf board. Its insane the variations one can get, and I can't stop. Need to snag a couple rotary pots to clean up the mess. Does anyone know where to put in a tone control into the circuit?

Great little circuit - endless fuzzy fun !

Put your tone circuit between Cout and the volume pot .
I used a simple BMP circuit , values from Duncans Calculator
                        - works a treat !

My fave set-up is an old BC109 for Q1 and an AC127 for Q2 , fuzz
                       hard-wired at max - real old-school FUZZZZZZZZ

You may need to try a 12 step program to get over it.  Great fun.

I like a 2N7000/BS170 (Mosfet) for Q1 and a J201 (Jfet) for Q2.  +1 for the Duncan Tonestack BMP.  Check the values used in the BSIABII.  ;)

Thanks. I figured it was off the C out somewhere. I will stick a pot in there and give it a whirl. +1 on those values of the BSIABII, looks very very promising. Cheers :icon_biggrin:

I think I used the BSIAB2 as a start and took it from there - up a bit , down a bit , when it sounds good to you -FIRE !
