Anybody know what material the dust cover for slide pots is made of? Like the ones MXR uses in the graphic EQ.  I am using an alpha slide pot in my pedal and I think I need some sort of cover because I will eventually spill beer in there.

Simplest thing is probably to use one of those mylar conductive bags that components come in and cut out some pieces with scissors.

Are you referring to the silver anti-static bags?

I think Mark is referring to some black conductive plastic type bags. I have seen circuit boards wrapped in them.

Yes to both of you.  They can be silver or black.  Same thing.
