Thanks for purchasing the Nano Clone. There is one part you can change to increase the output volume but it is on the side of the board with the potentiometer so that means you will need to remove the board. Also it's a surface mount resistor. What you want to do is increase the value of R29 to 100k, on the board it is currently 68k.

If you want to send the unit for us to fix we can do it under warranty.
