hey everybody, so i've been drooling on Line 6 FM4 for a long while already but can't seem to afford it any time soon. so i figured out it might be able to find separate schematics that sound similar to the few sounds i really really want!
here're the examples

the one on 1:04 or the 2:55

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFwI7AniQrI right the first effect!! (this one is most wanted)

oh god they're all great!!! any ideas as if what would sound close to those three at least (separately you know, not all three in one pedal)?

thanx, V

I'm thinking an envelope filter into a fuzz should do most of that.

Buy a Line 6 M5 instead of drooling over the Filter Modeller.  It is the baby brother to the larger M9 and M13 units, containing all of the models but only able to deliver one at a time, rather than multiples like the M9 and M13.  I was on the beta-test team for the recently released M5, and can attest to its strong points.  It contains ALL of what is found in the entire modeller series (Filter, Delay, Distortion, Modulation), plus the programs from the Verbzilla pedal and a few other bells and whistles on top of that (e.g., tuner, a Whammy emulation).  It has 20 storable presets, MIDI control, stereo in/out, expression pedal control, and a footprint about half the size of the modeller chassis.  Best of all, it comes in at $200 or less, street price.

You can find out more here: http://line6.com/support/manuals/  where you'll see the manuals for the FM4 as well as the M13/M9/M5 Model Gallery a little further down the page, for comparison.
