Dallas Rangemaster

I found an old OC44 in my box of bits and am contemplating a Dallas Rangemaster. However, call me weird(!), I'd like to keep it authentic to the original which gives me a slight problem with the enclosure. I have found ones that are "similar" from Rapid & Maplin but not really close enough for my liking, the top & sides do not overhang the front. Anybody got any idea where else I could try?

Thanks Electric warrior, interesting kit but there's no way in hell I'd pay £99 for a few pounds worth of components

All I'm looking for is the enclosure, I have everything else lying around.

I know peps1/pigeon fx is working on an enclosure, too. Guess it won't be cheap either...

I know they still make those boxes, every time I walk by our desiccators at work I think the controllers would make a great rangemaster.

He is but reckons it will be around the end of the year before they are available.

Banzai are fine to order from, used them plenty of times for shipping to UK - post isn't that bad, worth it to build a nice repro I'd think, if you can source from UK be nice to let us know

Small PS to that: apparently they don't hold the full range in the UK, no idea why! Depending on which enclosure you wanted you might have to wait for it to come from the factory in Italy but even at that they are only talking 10-14 days.
