input cap blend pot -- building it on the pot

Does anyone know of a diagram (or can anyone draw one) showing how to build Joe Gagan's cool input cap blend mod directly onto the pot itself?

Here you go. This will be thin when the pot is anti clockwise and fat when it's clockwise, if you want it the other way round swap the caps and connect the other outer lug to the wiper.

everyone has correct points so far.

i like to support components rather than leaving them hanging in mid air, plus it looks a little more tidy to have the cap tucked in with the potwafer. i just use a very small drill bit to make a wire lead hole in the wafer. the small cap can stay on the board and just have this bit added.
