Can someone remind me of the name of a fuzz pedal?

I've forgot the name of a fuzz pedal. My HD crashed and I've lost some data. Can someone remind me of it's name??

Basically it was a modified Big Muff (95%), with a filter control in front of the first stage. Also, there was a modification in a clipping diodes - I can't remember the combination that was used - maybe it was 1N914 and 1n4004...
And maybe there was a (AMZ) presence control in a tone control...

It received positive reaction by bassists.  The guy that was making and selling them, have stopped making pedals. I think schematic of that pedal have appeared on  this forum, but I'm not sure... I've tried to find it, but without any success so far...

I was going to say the Blackout Effectors Musket... Sounds a lot like what you were talking about.
