Double pedal, pop on second switch?! Clues?!

I built a double pedal. The 2 switches are DPDT wired for millenium 2 as always.
First there's a rebote 2, with its 1M pulldown resistor at the in of the board. it goes popless...
then the out of the first switch goes to the in of the second switch. there's an IC boost here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwzBtHQLPP0) which has its 1M pulldown resistor...but this time I got annoying pops when using switch 2 to turn the boost on and off...what can I do to get the pop out of it?!

Maybe like with a 3PDT you can ground the 'not in use' PCB input(s) on the DPDT lugs when switching? I've only used a 3PDT so not sure if it would work on a DPDT that way. Here's my 3PDT wiring that avoids pops when switching on and off. I don't need a pull down resistor. The center "B" lug column is ground. The A and B columns are input/output respectively:

Guitar > Neo-Classic 741 Overdrive > Boss NS2 Noise Suppressor > DOD BiFET Boost 410 > VHT Special 6 Ultra Combo Amp Input > Amp Send > MXR Carbon Copy Analog Delay > Boss RC3 Loop Station > Amp Return

put a 100k res to ground between vero out and the switch - it works a little...gonna try a 1M, do you think it would affect volume?!

I'm not very experienced with that but in my multi fx box wired the same day and same way, 2 out of 9 fx give a pop (but only the first on off). After it's good to go. It's 3pdt. One constant is the presence of and electrolytic cap at the output of these 2 effects. I've read somewhere on this forum that it is better to put NP cap since they are less leaky. If you have and electro in your fx 2... you may try throwing it away. I never got to replace mine to confirm my point so keep in mind that it may not help.

good luck

Funny, I realized I put a link of a KRIPTERIA video on youtube (cool band btw, check it out!!!) instead of the boost layout...
so here it is http://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/main.php/v/Renegadrian/clean+boost.gif.html
From this schematic http://www.jer00n.nl/pics/opampbooster.png
Only difference is there is no volume pot at the end but a pot instead of the 220k res in the opamp

As you see, yeah I got a 10µ electro at the output...I'll try to replace it, no big deal...I hope your hint is right!!!
Strange is that the rebote too has an electro at the output (1µ) and it has a 100k res to ground after that...
