Replacing Switch Question

Hi Everyone,


First time post here and I'll try to make it quick and to the point! I'm building a True Bypass Looper
but I would like to replace the footswitch (dpdt) with a 1/4 inch jack so I can turn it on/off with a
Rockman Octopus (open collector transistor switch). Can anyone give me advice on how to go about doing this?
I've searched all over the Internet for an answer but I came up with nothing and It's hard to believe that
I am the first one asking this question! Any Input would be appreciated - Thanks!
