A little neovibe led help please...

I'm building a neovibe using the GGG pcb.  I orderd all the parts from small bear using the parts list they emailed me, which included a red and a green led.  I'm assuming that the red one is for on/off and the green is supposed to pulse with the speed.  How do I insert these (the speed one, if that's what it's for) into the circuit?

I've never built the neovibe, but it appears that the speed indicator LED is a mod that might not be included on the PCB. A search of this forum led me to this thread which describes a couple of ways to add the speed LED:
