So built this BYOC OD2 and it's working fine and sounds great except for some popping when turning on the pedal. Pops on the boost and tube screamer circuit but the tube screamer pops a bit worse. I've read around and found out I should put in a pull down resistor but I have no idea where to put it. And need some help. This is only the second pedal I've guilt fwiw and I can't read schematics.

Is this where I put the 1Mohm resistor? On the in on the PCB and the input jack lug?

Pops when you turn it on. Both the drive and the boost pop when turned on.

I've just learned this circuit was designed with a pull down resistor and already has one built in.

What should I try next to get rid of the pop? Reflow all the joints? Change the input capacitor?

Yes but the pull down resistor is only 10k,maybe you can start by changing it to 100k the one besides the battery wires. There are 3 resistors and change the 10k near the bat wire and closer to the 10uF cap that's the pull down resistor. My OD2 is ok still with pop but not so loud.
