Looks like a pretty useful piece for a power supply, e.g. to power the AMZ power supply board, especially if you need dual input voltages.

Those Amveco transformers are pretty good quality, but they've doubled in price recently.
Compare with this Antek Toroidal, at one fourth the cost. (but only 10 the VA, conservatively rated, instead of Amveco's 15VA) Size wise - they're about the same, but different mounting formats.
