Help with a Superfuzz layout

I'm building a Superfuzz clone from this layout:

I have most of the components in there, but I am unclear on the location of the following items:

1. Which of the E-C-B pads pertain to which specific transistor, i.e., in what spots on this layout are Q1-Q6 located?
2. The pads for Input and Output (unless output is taken from Lug 2 of the "Level" pot)
3. The pads for 9V and GND (I have a feeling I can identify GND but I'd like confirmation before I screw this up!)
4. The pads for wiring the tone select switch

I'd appreciate any help...thanks in advance!
