Power Transformer Probing

I pulled the power tranformer out of a defunct modeling amp (L6 flextone 2 HD).

I want to probe it to see what each secondary tap does, but i'm confused by  the number of terminals on it. IIRC, both coils have 6-8 terminals each. I want to put an input voltage on it so i can determine the voltage ratios, but geez....where to even start? Shouldn't the primary only have 2 terminals?

how was it hooked up in the amp. It could have multiple primaries due to different power standards around the world, same with secondaries.

you need a ohm meter to find which taps have continuity then we can start probing.
