Dear,

I'm don´t know too much of electronics, i'm learning in the process of doing some metalic monsters.. :-)
Sorry for the words in spanish in the schematic.

i' have this idea of pedal that creates "random" pulses for a stutter (hard tremolo). It has three stages: trigger, oscilation, amplifier.

I tested in the protoboard and i can´t drive the second 555 to oscilate the different pulses comming from the 4017 counter,

If i can make it work, maybe i will replace the lm386 for a solid state relay (transistor) to get the REAL chops.

If anyone see a problem in the schematic, and can give a direction, please report.

Regards

timd

I wish I knew enough to help. It sounds like a good idea though.

only had a quick look, but one solution could be to replace the pot on the second 555 with an ldr and have the 4017 r's drive an led pointed at it.
