Mic pre for Colonel Angus

I designed and built a bunch of different things, but ultimately settled on using a THAT 1510/1512 mic pre IC. I basically used the design in the data sheet (Fig.5) here http://www.thatcorp.com/datashts/THAT_1510-1512_Datasheet.pdf, but there are more ideas in the design notes here:
