I routed my Chinese made Proco Rat Pedal,so that i can use a standard d.c. jack like this one;http://www.getlofi.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/wpid-IMAG0391-1-1.jpg  Does anybody have a picture of how this is supposed to be wired because of the polarity? After installed,Can you use a  regular 9v power supply?(i.e. visual sound 1 spot, voodoo labs pedal power)?,or does it have to run on a.c. power? Thanks in advance

It would be hooked up the same as any stompbox and it's DC so you can use any typical Boss type 9V power supply.

It's too late for you, of course, but I just keep 4 or 5 of these adapter cables around for my older Rat, DOD, MXR, etc. pedals that require 1/8" positive tip power supplies, instead of going through the hassle of modding the pedal (especially a vintage pedal where you want to keep it in stock condition):
