So I built the dod 440 ef...

Used the sabrotone vero layout. Seems ok. He did however change the led/ldr from what looks to be a vtl5c4/2.
Is there some magical, mystical way I could create something extremely close using ldrs/leds?
I can't order them around here and I'm a few weeks away from a smallbear order.
I am getting the "quack" but its not super strong, and its pretty quick. I'm experimenting with the Hammermods (not yet trademarked ) but whats the point if the optocoupler isn't responding properly.
