Triangle Big Muff debugging

Put together this version of the Triangle BigMuff  [urhttp://www.aronnelson.com/gallery/main.php/v/DRAGONFLY-LAYOUTS_0/album18/album151/EH_BIG_MUFF_TRIANGLE_VERSION_PERFBOARD_001.gif.html[/url]  Didn't do any mods (or at least not intentionally  ;) I get sound out of it...distortion and all but its not very loud

C = 3.496
B = 0.587
E = 0.017

Q2
C= 7.38
B= .0.002
E= 0.002

Q3
C = 3.446
B = 0.581
E = 0.018

Q4
C= 7.39
B= 0.613
E= 0.017


D1
A (anode, the non-band end) = 0.003
K (cathode, the banded end) = 0.005

D2
A = 0.007
K = 0.004

D3
A (anode, the non-band end) = 0.456
K (cathode, the banded end) = 0.578

D4
A (anode, the non-band end) = 0.581
K (cathode, the banded end) = 0.458

so, you're base is connected to the emitter?  looks for errors around there...and check out a schematic...here's one
