Hi,

What is the best transitors/resitors for a FF ( expect NKT275,AC128 ... )

Or you want to go silicon NPN I have had success with 2N2369 in Q1 and 2N3705 in Q2

here's a little article about great FF-transistors:

AC128 with small sized enclosures and a small metal-pin instead of the red-dot on the collector - shown as "the modern" - are still available.
I would also suggest to try AC122 or AC125 - they sound really good too!

...but the most important thing really is to match them with the geofex-circuit as "Kesh" has posted above
and using a little trimpot for the 8,2k-resistor to bias the circuit ;)
