Title: Xotic AC Clone Cutting In & Out

I just finished building an Xotic clone and the signal is cutting in and out. It will work fine for a moment, but then when I move the PCB slightly the signal fades or is cutting out. Sometimes I hear a squeal. Is this a grounding issue? Here's the schematic I used. http://www.madbeanpedals.com/projects/Quasar/docs/Quasar.pdf Please help!

Check the input on the stomp.
