Title: Problem with 2 in 1 box
Post by: Lbzg on October 25, 2013, 01:03:18 PM
Hi guys,

I have build two working circuits, phase 45 from tonepad and EA tremolo from Guitar FX layouts.

I have put them in one box but they do some weird malfunction issues.

When I engage both FX it is only clean sound and when I engage only one they work as they should.

I have wired them just like any other 2 i 1 box pedal.

Did I missed something? Can someone tell me how will he personally do this project?

There is no a priori reason why they should do this.  I suspect you have simply wired up your switches mistakenly.

Believe me, it happens to ALL of us.  We look at the components one way, turn the box around and upside down, use our sodlering irons, and install things backwards.  I have looked at one side of a layout on perfboard, turned it over and connected the wrong things hundreds of times.

Have you wired the output from one switch to the input of the other?
