Title: Stop switch for Digitech Jamman Solo XT
Post by: punxtian on May 18, 2014, 09:22:55 PM
Hello! i just to want ask if i can use a true bypass looper switch to stop looping on a Digitech Jamman Solo XT..If not can you recommend me an alternative diy footswitch other than the FS3X footswitch that can do the job? I was thinking of having only 1 or 2 switches..1 for stopping the loop and 1 for changing loops up/down.
Do you think a simple true bypass switch will do the trick to stop the looping?
I really don't like the 2 stomp to stop function. Thank you!

back when i had my old 1st gen jamman and no money for fs3x i fashioned a footswitch on a plastic box from a schematic found online. im not entirely sure which functionality i was after but it worked great. ive since broken the plastic box, bought a fa3x on a mad sale and upgraded to solo xt. i'm sure that schematic is still around the interwebz and as with most footswitches it was just some switches and some properly oriented diodes.
