Title: AMZ Splitter with less than 9V?
Post by: Gargaman on May 22, 2016, 05:41:38 PM
I learn asking dumb questions, so..
I'm gonna build the AMZ Jfet Splitter (2 outs). CanI power it with less than 9 volts? 3 volts will do? Theory are welcome.
Best regards

It becomes increasingly hard to get good/useful performance with a JFET (any simple device) at very low supply voltage.

There *are* op-amp chips rated for good-as-it-gets performance at 3V supply.

Great you are back, Paul!
*are*?
Anyone for this function? Split a guitar signal in two and drive two fuzz face.
Tks
