Title: Adding blend control on DOD 525 Compressor/Limiter
Post by: Rambozo96 on October 05, 2018, 02:27:34 PM
Gotten a DOD Performer Compressor and want to add a blend control. I heard that some diagrams won't work if the pedal inverts the polarity (or phase). Not sure if this pedal is one of them. If so how would I go about adding a blend control?

Maybe I'm looking at the schematic wrong... but the level pot looks to be some sort of blend control.

Level pot pans from signal to Vref, a no-signal point. It's just a level pot.

And yes, the comped path inverts. Sadly I do not see a 1-snip fix.
