Title: DIY Tube Vibrato+Boost
Post by: tr1ple_bigm4c on April 10, 2020, 11:45:05 AM
I decided to make a circuit combining the Subcaster (6111 Submini based Valvecaster) as well as Rick Holt's Vintage Vibe (6111 Vibrato), with two stages, gain controls for each, tone, volume, as well as depth and speed for the vibrato, but with dirt cheap, readily available soviet 6N16B-V instead of 6111s.
I posted a few days ago asking some honestly bad questiions about the Rick Holt schematic, i have gone ahead and informed myself as i should have to begin with.
This schematic might be a tad confusing, since i couldnt find any split footprints for the tubes, but i hope it can still be understood.
Do all the values seem reasonable? Any obvious mistakes?
Thanks!

If I was to do Vintage Vibe again I would make it three sweet stages. There are four triodes, so why not put a phase stage between all four?
