Assembling a MadBean Archibald and trying to decipher the instructions.
If I solder the tube board to the header pins on the "solder side" it seems to me the tube will end up on the "btm" of the tube board rather than the "top"
I can't seem to find any gut shots showing the proper orientation.

Does this help? This is a pic from my finished and working build.

Also, on p. 8 of the build doc, you can see a little bit of the "SOLDER SIDE" label.
BINGO.... got it, thanks.
I also found a thread on the Madbean forum that explained that the "SOLDER SIDE" label is meant to indicate which side to solder the socket connector. Which kinda clears the whole thing up.
Thanks for the quick reply.
Also helps to get acquainted with the rules for numbering valve pins (and in general all "centipedes"). And see the number "9" on the this PCB. ;)
