Title: New AS3207D BBD
Post by: ElectricDruid on June 17, 2024, 12:35:38 PM
Alfa have started making a 1024-stage BBD chip, the AS3207D.

The notable thing about this chip for me is the clock pin capacitance, which is only 140pF. That's much more like the SAD1024 (110pF according to the datasheet I have) than the MN3207 (700pF).
So perhaps this new chip will be a good option for some serious flangers!

14-pin SOIC only though. 8-pin DIP would have been nice.
