Title: Brake switch for Neovibe/Univibe
Post by: Jason D on November 13, 2003, 12:34:40 AM
The next project I plan to do is the Neovibe, I love the way Univibes sounds.

I have an idea for a mod. that I would like to add, but I don't know how to make it happen. I would like to have a switch that would act like a brake does on a leslie speaker...slow down the speed slowly, and when released the speed increases slow.

How in the world would I be able to vary the resisitance like this?

Title: Problem with Brake switch for Neovibe

"If the speed control on your effect is a single, not dual, potentiometer, and the resistance of the potentiometer is between 25K and 250K, LERA can probably be adapted to it."

The Neovibe uses a dual pot for the speed control, so now what do I do?

Hey thanks, I actually found that one last night, and talk to one of my instructors about it (i go to a tech. college for Electronics Eng.) Anyway,
we decided that the neovibe was going to be my senior project. How cool is that!
