Title: DS-1 transistors
Post by: Bill_F on November 13, 2003, 04:38:14 PM
I'm thinking about building the DS-1 on http://www.difedetry-fx.com.ar. But the parts layout doesn't list what kind of transistors. It references Howie's schematic that calls for 2SC2440's. I can't find those here in the UK. Any suggestions for substitutions?

Thanks guys,
Bill

hey man if you want a good diy version try this..

www.geocities.com/austenfantanio/DS.htm

the ds-386 is an easy perfboard and you can use the 2n5089 or any basic npn tranny.
