Title: Anyone built Anderton power supply?
Post by: primalphunk on November 13, 2003, 07:59:47 PM
I was thinking about building the power supply from Anderton's DIY Projects for Guitarists.  Have any other folks out there actually built this thing before.  I'd love to get feedback from you if you have.

thanx,
James

I built one and found the parts count too high and it had a bit of hum.  I've built four power supplies (both positive and negative) from:

http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/v2/index.php?option=displaypage&Itemid=106&op=page&SubMenu=

They are dead quite and work like a charm.

Best of luck!

Ry

How many fairly standard effects might I be able to power with the supply at JD's site?  Do you know its specs?
