This info is from NTE's QUICKCross Software

Industry Number  : 72031
NTE Device Number: NTE130
T-NPN,SI-AF POWER OUTPUT,,TO-3
Data Sheet: http://www.nteinc.com/specs/100to199/pdf/nte130.pdf

Industry Number  : 511-1
NTE Device Number: NTE47
T-NPN,SI LO NOISE AMP,TO-92
Data Sheet: http://www.nteinc.com/specs/10to99/pdf/nte47.pdf

Industry Number  : 43A162445P1
NTE Device Number: NTE199
T-NPN,SI-LO NOISE,TO-92
Data Sheet: http://www.nteinc.com/specs/100to199/pdf/nte199.pdf

The data sheets are for NTE's equivalent to the original mfr's product. Hope this helps.

Edit: That's just general info for the first 2 transistors. I could probably pull up more specific info if you needed it.
