#'s are 105k below that is 205n
It is a non polarized cap just under 3/4 of a inch long and 1/2 inch high.
It is a color I don't really know but close to brown.
I assume it might be metal film but I don't for sure.
I can't seem to find a 205n cap in any of the few cap charts I have.
I did find an EIA code 105 ( I have no idea what an EIA code is...European something perhaps?) but no K after the number.
If that is correct it would ID as a 1 uf.
Can anyone fill me in???
Isn't K a letter signifying the tolerance?
That would be a 1uF capacitor.
The best way I know for finding out this stuff is Electronics Assistant:

Sometuimes things move so fast around here I get things bookmarked or downloaded and then forget about them.
This happened with this little program.
How I have lived without it till now is a wonder.
Erik thank you so very much for reminding me of this software.

This is way better than any charts I have.
I am sooo happy to be using this now. VEry cool.
Thanks again!!!
