Not sure what this is referring but see my Bad Bob page for more info, he's making these nice boosters based on the AMZ mini booster and not claiming it's his own design like others.

It is a very nice booster. Most of us give credit where it is due. Some don't. Most do.

Generally speaking, I agree with your point. I do recall seeing AMZ-FX recommending this pedal though.

He does and I'm sure it's well made and reliable, and a pretty good value as boutique boosters go.

Title: Robbie's cool
Post by: jsleep on December 26, 2003, 04:40:13 AM
I know him by many email exchanges.  I've traded stuff with him and have sent him stuff to try out.  I own a Bad Bob (great box!).  He is a very nice guy and great guy to do business with.   ...and he plays a G&L ASAT too!  I'm proud to say that some of the early Bad Bobs have my PCBs in them, until he got the pcb building process down and "eliminated the middle man"

I've done business with both Jack and Robbie and they're not the same person. Trust me. :)

Jack is probably recommending the Bad Bob because a.)Robbie actually does give proper credit and b.)the build quality is excellent.
