Title: Gonkulator osc pot mod?
Post by: Paul Perry (Frostwave) on December 27, 2003, 06:56:42 AM
Some unlucky child got a Gonkulator for Xmas (guess Santa was too broke to spring for a Blue Ringer!). Anyway, I promised his dad I'd ask if anyone has a mod to give variable local oscillator.. anyone?

If it uses the AD633, and you can find the signal generator, you could try cutting the trace from the CV output and put a jack for CV in, like I did to my frequency analyzer (http://experimentalistsanonymous.com/mods).

The Gonk doesn't use the AD633. It has a MC1496, a MC14007, and several 4558's.

I'd be interested if anyone has any ideas, too.
