How could I make a filter to keep 54MHz and lower In and not escaping anyone?

why are you lookin for a 54mhz filter.???????  tryign to keep radio frequencies from escaping and interfereing with other peoples gadgets?

What I want to do is hmmm for research  :wink: is to build a 54mhz filter that will trap all the 54mhz and lower siginals that digital cable premium channels are sent.then I can watch...er research how it works.

It cant be hard the ones I have seen are very small and are inline with the cable and box.
