there was talk about sockets in another post. this what i like to do..........

i'll socket 90% of the components to be. build the circuit , make shure it's working right. then i start the prossess of swapping out parts . 50% of the time i'd come up w/ something more useful to to me , the other 50% slaps me down w/ it's original coolness. but , that's what i do w/ smaller circuits. 10-20 parts
w/ larger circuits that i design i use cardboard proto boards that i make.
it's MUCH easier to mod than a circuit board. the cbpcb will withstand much more punishment in the way of modding and hacking. you should see the the first alphawave board it's rock solid but looks like frankenstien's[sp?] rats nest.

the alphawave schemmo will not be relased until i can't fill the orders anymore.
at that time i'll likely follow the commonsound.......... share and build if you dare type thang........
as far as the band goes.........
the band is young and strong { ok phucking"K , i'm not young } i need to play a show to see if it'll really fly.
we have only been play'n for about 2 months or so. the other line up want to work together some day i'm sure. but this line up will record and play out by spring.
joe davisson and ansil have heard the basic tracks to S.O.F. and they said
it was very cool sounding. heck .. that in it self was worth writing the song!
