Title: Anyone know about Takky pedals?

Sorry for another ebay-oriented post, but I couldn't find any other pictures of this particular pedal.

Anyway, that is one sweet-looking box!  I'd never heard of Takky before, and the website is mostly Japanese and broken English, so I couldn't find out much about them.  I love the mirrored finish!  Anyone know how to get that look?

I searched this forum for "takky" and nothing came up, so I'm just wondering what anyone knows about them.

He's doin' pretty well.  You can see that he's sold quite a few from his feedback.

Quote from: csjThis has turned into a rant. Sorry. I've had too much coffee.
That's a good concise rant. Many rants don't contain useful construction info. Your comment above made me think of a cover (on Dr. Demento maybe?) of an infamous JJ Cale tune....

That is a very nice looking box. :D

I have one future product that's going in a box with the same style of finishing. Do a Google search for "Electropolishing" for more. Follow that up with Erik Miller's post about screen printing, select some nice knobs, and you too can build a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a product. :P

Take care,
