i can´t find 2N5457 for my tonepad´s orange squezer , can i substitute it for another?

You can get away with quite a few subs, say 2N5485.  Even MPF102's will work.  It's easier to work from what you can get an pick the closest sub.

JFETs vary a lot so it's a bit of pot luck even if you stuck with 2N5457's

Well, if you can't find a substitute. You can try a dyna or ross compressor, also from tonepad. It has 2N3904 which are cheaper and easy to find.
